Pastor Olanrewaju Sholola

Pastor Sholola is a highly respected community leader. His educational background is in accountancy, management and children’s education. Through these he has demonstrated excellent governance being company, charity and OFSTED registered for many years.
Lloyd French

Lloyd works as a property management and community development consultant Skilled in fundraising, financial control and community development across a diverse sector range; Local Authorities to small private landlords, charities and small associations.
Background; construction and property management qualifying as a structural steel engineer. In this field he worked for over 15 years including as a local authority housing manager.
Farah Haji-Ali Nur

Having lived, studied and worked in UK, Somaliland and North America, Farah has acquired extensive knowledge, understanding and experience of education internationally, he strongly believes that quality of education (not quantity) is the only real asset, the invaluable capital that can truly foster sustainable development.
He has been active in establishing and assisting community-based organizations that through education advocate for personal and social development, and effective use of interactive learning technologies. He has worked as an educator in; employability, functional skills, English, Islamic religion, Somali and East African culture as well as ESOL, he is also a primary school governor.
We have attracted the interest of prominent community leaders, organisations and educators both in Lambeth and London wide.
Mama D (Community Centred Knowledge)

She is an independent researcher and a member of the community leadership development organisation Ubele, specialising in intergenerational learning and food security and a former chair and policy director of the ABDF, a private body working to promote financial literacy and well-being in the community.
Mama D has also been instrumental in the development of organisations such as AFFORD, CALL, Green Adventure, The Sunseed Trust and many others, assisting with the necessary research and development required to underpin the setting of organisational goals and direction and to bid for funding.
A keen educator, Mama D has been a member of Schools Of Unified Learning and the Unifiedknowledge eGroup community, participating in and contributing to this organisation's development, especially in the area of ensuring qualitative capacity building and ensuring high standards are maintained to meet with the criteria anticipated of users, elders and partnership agencies.
Her own experience as a home educator has led to a keen insight into the educational provisions environment and she continues to develop and expand her knowledge on the same with the intention of this being of benefit to young people and their mentors and supporters.
Specialist insight can be provided in the area of sustainable diets and food growing as well as environmental awareness and the importance of the exposure of young people to the natural environment. Mama D is well experienced and trained in these areas and has built up a useful network of others in these fields which the Trust will have access to.

Rayna Clayton

Rayna's background is as a Compliance Research Officer with over six years experience working in the Health and Social Care sector. Her background is within Early years and Primary School Education Studies.
Rayna is currently engaged with Abundance Centres UK as a Research Engineer (STEAM Research Assistant) due to her also being a holistic health practitioner in training, Rayna aims to support individuals in managing their pre-existing health conditions naturally in order to reach optimal states of well-being and self-insight. Her role as Research Engineer for Abundance Centres, uLearn Naturally Learners' Cooperative and the Black Open University consists of supporting and developing research projects [1] [2] for our Level Being 9 cadets programme where learners are required to look in-depth at the chemistry of biological experiences with a view to exploring possible ways to translate gained insights into future STEM technologies.
